Einsiedler Mai-Bock is a seasonal speciality between 15th of April and 31st of May. It is a pale bock beer.
Ingredients:
spring-water from our own well
excellent pilsner malt, strong Munich malt
fine dosed hops
Characteristically brands:
6,5 % alcoholic
16,5 % original gravity
27 bitter units
powerful golden-yellow colour
strong taste

20 bottles 0,5 l in a case
